Here’s my question: Will food-loving hicks feel comfortable eating at Felida’s? Sure we’ve been to the big city before, but let’s just say we are Chinatown peeps. Should we leave the LL Bean stuff at home? How fancy do we need to get for an evening at Felidia’s?
That’s a tricky picture. But, Caciocavello means “cheese on horseback”. So, if we think “neigh”, we think horse. I’m anxious for the reveal (and the recipe!).

Immediately I thought figs, but after enlarging the photo, I changed my mind. Definitely Chestnuts. My Nonna was from Naples, and Nonno from Foggia.
