Dear Lidia,
My Italian born husband (Trieste Italy) dosen’t watch any cooking shows EXCEPT YOURS, he thinks you are the best.
I don’t have a recipe to share with you today, only a question. Do you have a recipe for Bowtie Cookies? I know there is another Italian name for them, but my Italian is limited and I don’t remember the name.
I have been trying many recipes for them that I’ve found on the Web, even Martha Stewart’s, but they are all soft and more of a cake type, not the crispy type that have been made by Italian women for weddings or showers that I’ve attended.
I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me.

Dear Lidia,
Your blog states you will be at Stew Leondard’s in Farmindale next week. I cant find this store in NY or Long island. I would appreciate a reply.
