on the 12/27/08 onions stuffed with shrimp - when baking onions are you supposed to cover completely with rock salt in a roasting pan ..like 3/4″ high?

In response to your question about the onions and covering with the rock salt, take a look at the recipe posted on the blog- it reads to cover the onions completely with rock salt.
