the pancakes are…~1 cup flour, 1 egg, 2 - 4 tbsp olive oil, 3 tsp baking powder, salt, pepper then sautee a sweet onion, the flowers coarsley chopped and some fresh basil. Make the pancakes about 2 in. in diameter so they are small enough for an appetizer.

As a flight attendant I am looking forward to my upcoming Rome trip! I would appreciate some suggestions on places to have a meal. I avoid the “American” tourist sites as I like to take off by myself and sit, eat, drink! and enjoy the local environment.
Sincerely,
Debra Glen

I know from time to time you do travel trips and unfortunity I can’t make the sail this October. Do you have any other trip planned. I would love to go on one. Your wonderful to watch on
TV because your true love of food and sharing shines through.
