this is a comment and a question.
ok it’s what the others say it is. it’s obvious!
question addressed to Lidia’s dish washer: How on earth do you get those pots and pans so shiny? please tell me. I am sending emails and notes but all I get is an auto-respond. Is there any way to contact these people?

Lidia:
This is a cauliflower. Saw a TV episode from your new cookbook with this ingredient (KQED, San Francisco). Wanted to try it, but couldn’t find the recipe. Help me out, please. You cook just like my Italian mother, grandmother and aunts.

I love your show especially the episode about istria. I found the episode heart warming. It made me think of my grandfather who was from Palermo (he was born in Rome). I enjoy when you visit the different cities especially when you visited Palermo. I got to see a piece of Italy where my grandfather lived. Thank you so much, I love your show.
