Hello Lidia,
I was just watching a show you had on TV today. Nov. 14th 2009.
I was wondering what cook book is the recipe that I seen. You had deep fried square dough that looked light purple dough before you deep fried it, and then you made this filling with toasted almond, Icing surgar, candied orange peal and what ever the creamy white filling you were using. You put a square deep fried dough on the bottom of the plate then the filling then square deep fried dough and the filling and then deep fried dough again. You sprinkle icing surgar and candied orange peel again.
I hoped that helped you. I can’t remember what it was called.
I would love the recipe.
