Join Lidia as she crosses the country to talk with fishermen, chefs, farmers, butchers, families, and entrepreneurs to learn more about the rich and diverse development of Italian American culture. This new series explores the enduring role food has played in the creation of the Italian-American identity by celebrating the ways in which Italian immigrants adapted the traditional cuisine of their old homeland to fit the new.
